FCA Free Carrier The seller hands the goods, cleared for export, to a carrier the buyer names.

FOB Free On Board The seller loads the goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment. Sea freight only.

CIF Cost, Insurance and Freight The seller pays freight and insurance to the named port of destination. Sea freight only.

DAP Delivered at Place The seller delivers to the named place, ready for unloading; the buyer handles import clearance.

CPT Carriage Paid To The seller pays carriage to the named destination; risk passes when the goods go to the first carrier.

CIP Carriage and Insurance Paid To As CPT, with the seller also arranging insurance.

CFR Cost and Freight The seller pays freight to the named port of destination. Sea freight only.
